A Vinyasa style practice linking breath and movement with "flows" that link movements together with fluid transitions. Classes are tailored around a structure that solicits participant input at the top of class to guide which asana will be a part of the day's practice with plenty of opportunity to address individual needs, the aim of which, is to allow your body's day-to-day needs to direct the practice. A blend of yin and yang, with a focus on whole body-mind balance, improving flexibility, body alignment, feeling "in-body" and grounded. This is a well rounded class encouraging wellness of body and mind.
To be admitted into the gym, students and eligible faculty and staff, must have a gym membership, wear a mask, present confirmation of weekly COVID testing and complete a daily health screening.
