A Vinyasa style practice linking breath and movement with "flows" that link movements together with fluid transitions. Classes are tailored around a structure that solicits participant input at the top of class to guide which asana will be a part of the day's practice with plenty of opportunity to address individual needs, the aim of which, is to allow your body's day-to-day needs to direct the practice. A blend of yin and yang, with a focus on whole body-mind balance, improving flexibility, body alignment, feeling "in-body" and grounded. This is a well rounded class encouraging wellness of body and mind.

To be admitted into the gym, students and eligible faculty and staff, must have a gym membership, wear a mask, present confirmation of weekly COVID testing and complete a daily health screening. 

IN-person classes are FREE with a gym membership and Virtual Classes are My gift to you, but consider Making a Gift/Paying it Forward

A restorative asana practice with a focus on Mindfulness. Vinyasa and yin (cooling, feminine energy) style yoga poses with a focus on breath and breathing, body alignment, mindful engagement with the present moment, sense blending, and Guided Meditation / Visualization. Classes vary but encourage slowing down, watching and observing; meta-cognition, a focus on the novel and unique, the present moment and developing mental attention with restorative and cooling effects on the body and meditative and re-framing qualities of the mind. Plenty of technique to utilize on or off the mat.

This class focuses on incremental improvement, consistency and steadily working toward personal achievement by setting and surpassing goals. 
This class will guide you toward a specific challenge pose each class, and more advanced poses over time. A "yang" or fiery energy practice, this class takes inspiration from Hatha (เคนเค  literally meaning "force") to build strength and stamina thorough deep engagement of the tissue, building and channeling "heat" and prana (life-force), increasing balance and improved mental focus while still valuing personal compassion. "To appreciate the cool we must experience heat."
