Challenge

Studies show it takes about 21 days of doing something for it to become a habit. 3 weeks. Not even a full month. Can you give it that? If you're not sure, ask yourself: Where would you rather be in 21 days? About where you are today, or on your way to something AMAZING? So I challenge you! Give it a try, build the habit.
Well, as promised, here are some materials to help you out over the next three weeks. These are a few of the things we didn't get to, along with a few new things I think you might like.

Seven Laws

Lastly, I'll leave you with one of my favorite principles. The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success by Deepak Chopra. The "laws" or principles outlined here will assist you more than you may yet realize, and they aren't hard! Try observing one of these laws a day over the next 3 weeks and report back to me with what you've discovered.

Sunday: The Law of Pure Potentiality
Take time to be silent, to just BE. Meditate for 30 minutes twice a day. Silently witness the intelligence within every living thing. Practice non-judgment.

Monday: The Law of Giving
Today, bring whomever you encounter a gift: a compliment or flower. Gratefully receive gifts. Keep wealth circulating by giving and receiving care, affection, appreciation and love.

Tuesday: The Law of Karma
Every action generates a force of energy that returns to us in like kind. Choosing actions that bring happiness and success to others ensures the flow of happiness and success to you.

Wednesday: The Law of Least Effort
Accept people, situations, and events as they occur. Take responsibility for your situation and for all events seen as problems. Relinquish the need to defend your point of view.

Thursday: The Law of Intention and Desire
Inherent in every intention and desire is the mechanics for its fulfillment. Make a list of desires. Trust that when things don’t seem to go your way, there is a reason.

Friday: The Law of Detachment
Allow yourself and others the freedom to be who they are. Do not force solutions—allow solutions to spontaneously emerge. Uncertainty is essential, and your path to freedom.

Saturday: The Law of Dharma
Seek your higher Self. Discover your unique talents. Ask yourself how you are best suited to serve humanity. Using your unique talents and serving others brings unlimited bliss and abundance.
Mantra
Most sources define mindfulness as the intention to be in the here and now, fully engaged in what is happening, without judgment. As you experiment with discovering Mindfulness. It can be helpful to keep a mantra, or intention, in mind as you practice. Some examples depending on your circumstances:

Suffering is a part of being human.
May I hold myself with compassion.
May I love and accept myself just as I am.
May I experience peace.
May I remember to treat myself with love and kindness.
May I open to my experience just as it is.
